Az AGILE titkárság mai felhívása arról ad hírt, hogy december 7-ig még be lehet küldeni előadásanyagot a 17. AGILE konferenciára.
Nincsen lehetősége részt venni vagy már előbb meg kíván ismerkedni a témakör egyes európai eredményeivel?

17th AGILE Conference on Geographic Information Science

Connecting a Digital Europe through Location and Place

3-6 June 2014, Castellón, Spain

On behalf of the AGILE council, we would like to invite you to participate at the 17th AGILE International Conference on Geographic Information Science, scheduled to take place between 3 and 6 June 2014 in Castellón, Spain. This years’ conference will pay special attention to the role Geographic Information Science and Technology can play to connect European universities, research centres, industry, government and citizen in the digital information age.

Call for Papers
The program will offer preconference workshops, keynote sessions, parallel paper presentation sessions and a poster session to share your ideas, and to explore ongoing research and future developments, including stateoftheart applications. The conference will also allow you to network with other professionals from academia, industry and government who are interested in promoting GI teaching and research activities at the European level.

EULF Workshop promoted by eGov Newsletter

Thanks to the kind arrangement of Mr. Zsolt Sikolya, former President of HUNAGI, the popular Hungarian eGov Newsletter posted  news on EULF Workshop on 8th November.

Further dissemination actions are underway to involve as many experts as possible. Any assistance to achieve this goal are welcomed.

EULF Műhely felhívása



Az EULF projekt lényege és célkitűzése, a meghívásos műhely célja, programja,  megtekinthető a rendezvény weboldalán.
A részvétel ingyenes, de visszaigazolt regisztrációhoz kötött.
Az on-line regisztráció a weboldal vízszintes menűsorából lehetséges.
Célközönség: e-kormányzati szakértők, önkormányzati, regionális és központi kormányzati illetékes döntéshozók és a kormányzat számára dolgozó térinformatikai fejlesztők, vállalkozók és szolgáltatók.
A külföldieket is beleértve a résztvevők ma. száma 50-ben határozták meg a szervezők: a JRC a KU Leuven és az EUROGI. Mindazok, akiknek szándékukban van a részvétel, mielőbb jelentkezzenek!

Már regisztrálni lehet a részvételi szándékot az e-Gov - INSPIRE témakörű budapesti nemzetközi EULF Műhelyre

Regisztrálni lehet a részvételi szándékot az European Union Location Framework (EULF) budapesti Műhelyére. A rendezők a regisztráltak köréből kiválasztottak számára küldenek meghívót. A rendezvény ingyenes, de az a la carte ebédet mindenki maga fizeti. Munkanyelve az angol, tolmácsolás nélkül. Helyszín a Vidékfejlesztési Minisztérium Darányi Ignác terme. Részvétel csak meghívóval! Itt lehet on-line regisztrálni:

Objective of the workshop
The European Union Location Framework (EULF) aims to improve the integration of location information in e-Government. There are many challenges, but much has been done already.

The workshop aims at understanding the issues the e-Government practitioners face in integrating location into real-world applications and learning from approaches that have worked in some countries in Europe.

The workshop will introduce the EULF, which is part if the European Union ISA programme. e-Government practitioners will be invited to explain their experience, the issues they face and how these issues might be addressed. Breakout sessions will allow in depth discussion on particular topics.

e-Government practitioners and people from the Geographic Information-sector.
